If you decide you'd like to keep the cart longer than expected, please call us. The cart may be reserved for another customer, but if it’s available, we’d be happy to extend your rental for a few extra days.
Due to legal liabilities, we cannot make recommendations regarding car seats. Since our carts are street-legal, we advise following the same safety protocols as you would in a car. Please note that most car seats are designed for a three-point harness, while our carts have two-point harnesses.
Orders canceled more than 10 days prior to delivery will receive a full refund, minus a 20% processing fee. Please note, there are no refunds once the cart has been delivered.
Each cart has a lockbox with the key inside. We will text you the code upon delivery. Please ensure to return the key to the lockbox on the last day of your rental. A charge of $75 will apply if the key or lockbox is not returned.
We deliver all carts by 3 PM at the latest and begin pickups at 9 AM. There is no charge for the day of pickup. We recommend having the cart delivered on the day of your arrival and picked up on the day of your departure.
For medical emergencies, immediately call 911. For accidents resulting in injury, please contact us at 941-812-8287.
Yes, you can drive over the Cortez Bridge up to the first traffic light only (119th Street), as the speed limit is 35 mph or less.
No, you cannot drive carts over the Manatee Avenue Bridge because the speed limit exceeds 35 mph.
No, you cannot drive over the north or south Siesta Key Bridges, as the speed limit is above 35 mph.
You can park your cart just like any vehicle. When parking on the street, ensure that you are between signs indicating parking is allowed, park facing the correct direction, and make sure all four tires are off the roadway.
We cannot control the weather. Our standard refund policy applies to all rentals. Orders canceled more than ten days prior to delivery will receive a full refund, less a 20% processing fee. If we need to recall your cart due to a hurricane or other unexpected weather event, we will extend a prorated refund for unused days.
We primarily offer gas carts due to their range and reliability. We have a limited number of electric carts, which may experience reduced speed as the battery wears down. Additionally, not all homes and condos allow charging. Each gas cart comes with a complimentary tank of gas.
No, driving our carts on the beach is not permitted.
All of our carts take regular unleaded (87) gas.
Please abide by all traffic laws while operating the rental cart. Each cart will have vehicle registration and proof of insurance stored in the glovebox to present to the police.
